Good service personnel, impolite parking personnel.Pros:Front Desk people were very courteous and friendly. scam, rip off and bad carCons:The car made terrible noises from the second day we had it and staff were uninterested and said is was unlikely as quite new. I received a parking ticket on the street, paid it, but the police took the number plates as they do in Greece. Budget were completely unhelpful in trying to get them back and said they could take a month - but locals and hotel said all it requires is someone to collect from central police station. They are now charging me triple the rental rate, keeping the contract open, not answering the phone, not contacting me and not collecting the number plates.
