Pick-up took longer than expected, but otherwise, was a good experience. Drop-off was quicker than expected. Car worked well (screen went pixelated a couple of times, but then returned to normal). Nice vehicle to drive.Reviewed 3 Sept 2024

The car had a chip on the windscreen, the people were amazing but finding a car was a bit of a struggle, and it took forever :/ The car was ok in the end (apart from the chipped windscreen, and the fact that the board computer was not compatible with Apple CarPlay making it quite difficult to play music, use GPS apps from the phone, and not even an USB-C plug inside so couldn't charge the phone (the wireless charger didn't seem to actually charge...) Nothing bad against the people there, they were great and joyful :)Reviewed 2 Sept 2024

After landing, I went to the Alamo line and waited for an hour and a half in line until it was my turn. It was not reasonable. They had one worker behind the counter and he would go behind the door for about 10 minutes and then return. This happened continuously.
