Pickup and dropoff was quick and efficient. Clerks at both sites were a little too focussed on speed. Could take a bit more time to communucate. Eg where is the car, what type of car. When/how do i get a receipt?

Took nearly 3 hours from the time I arrived at Budget to driving off in the car. Just standing in the initial line took over an hour. Then had to wait for the car to be ready. Got the car, loaded it, realized the center console was totally dead. Had to unload and get a new car that wasn't cleaned.

Line was about 20 people long and each person that went to the counter took 10 mins. We waited 40 mins and the line barely moved. I went to Hertz and walked up, got a rental, and left - all within 5 mins.

Worst vehicle rental experience I have encountered. Shuttle service was appalling. Numerous hidden costs and continual addition of charges. Absolutely will not ever rent from Fox in the future. Lesson learned.

Was allowed to rent a car past the time that the rental car company was open. Flight coming in was delayed so I hopped on different flight to this location, planning on renting a car to drive back home. Ended up being stranded in JFK for a night as I was never able to rent a car and all other places were booked. Had I known renting a car here wasn't possible I probably wouldn't have made flight arrangements this way

When we got to the car rental place they said there wasn't any cars, we explained that we booked through Expedia and the last was very rude to us. We then booked through hertz and had brilliant customer service and a lovely car. I'd highly recommend Hertz and will be avoiding dollar.

I was overcharged approximately $370 for the insurance because it didn't specify that it would be 3 times the amount when not purchasing online Windows weren't clean, windshield wipers were old and could barely see when it rained at night. The car was obviously in a major accident as it looked like it was painted with spray cans Plus it had 59,500 miles on it Horrible car and company I have never given such a bad review on a company like this one in my life

Great value for the price. Staff assures that you are getting the best value and were very kind. The car was in great condition. The only thing I would improve is more staff for times with more pick up and drop off. Other renters were very impatient and unkind to staff who were working very efficiently. There were no clear locations to park cars being dropped off which created more work for the staff. Otherwise, excellent.

I had a change of plans and returned the vehicle to the pickup site. The onsite staff were unable to remove the one way fee. The corporate office bounced me around, sens the info to the wrong local office and the issue is still not resolved.

The car was very very clean when I picked it up, which I really appreciate!

Cons:

The model of the car wasn’t super new, which I personally prefer more. It had about 20,000 miles on it.

Cons:

They had two vehicles that both smelled like smoke. The employees “don’t have the discount codes” anymore. Apparently, you have to figure out the code and bring it to them to input. So no military discount.
