I booked on Kayak and was told by Sixt desk that there was no car available. The third party service booked me for a non existent car. I had to quickly book directly with another rental company. Sixt should not let third party companies book cars if they don’t have capacity.Reviewed 7 Aug 2024

I was in line for Budget for 45 minutes until I gave up and made a reservation at Sixt, walked over, and got a ride right away. I paid a little bit more, but got a Volvo s60 instead of a Camry, so it was well worth it.Reviewed 6 July 2024
