The M1 Pacific Motorway links Sydney with Lake Macquarie. If arriving from the south, for east Lake Macquarie, take the ‘Doyalson, Swansea’ exit. For west Lake Macquarie, use the Morisset, Toronto or Cardiff exits. If arriving from Newcastle Airport, for east Lake Macquarie, navigate to Charlestown and follow the Pacific Highway south. For west Lake Macquarie, navigate to the M1 Pacific Motorway and exit at Cardiff, Toronto or Morisset.
