There was an older male crew member that was very rude to me when doing the last checks before pulling back from the terminal. There is a polite way to tell someone to put their bag under the seat. It was Mother’s Day and my mom has recently passed so it was a tough morning for me in general. There was no need to make for the snide remark “ I don’t know how many times we have said this already” as you walked away. I had held it together all morning and this interaction brought me to tears. love Alaska Airlines and this is the first time I’ve had a negative experience.

It was fine since it ensure we went to our destination in time.
Was not happy that we had to wait an additional 50 minutes for passengers that were still in TSA. This delay made us miss our connecting flight in Seattle to get home to tuck in our two little toddlers. We ran off the plane and ran across the entire airport trying to make this flight only to get to the gate to see that they have ended boarding. So they were willing to wait for passengers in Hawaii but not Seattle?? Especially when this wasn't even our fault. I expect to receive miles for missing our flight and spending an additional 4 hours in Seattle.
Attentive crew. Best of all was the empty seat between me and my rowmate.
I like that we took off on time and arrived a bit early. I like that I could gate check my bag and board early. I don't like how crowded the flight was. I had ok leg room, but could feel every move of the person next to me. And the aisles are very narrow. The gate and flight crews were terrific.
Both flights from NYC to SFO were delayed more than an hour. No wifi, no screens/movies etc. The crew was nice.
I missed my flight and was not able to rebook. I switched to jet blue for a same day flight. Both legs were cancelled. Unacceptable.
Great service. Got in early into Seattle and everything went great.
Temperature was very cold. seat was uncomfortable bc headrest did not work properly - the earflaps would not move.

My husband and I had to split seats and I did not like to seat at the window.
It was great with the exception of a rude desk member on the way back. And a terrible sandwich on the way back.
Flight delayed then cancelled then gate changed two times then baggage lost.
My flight was canceled minutes before boarding started. It took three hours to get rebooked and it was on another airline overnight with another stop added. All I got was two $15 food coupons.
My seat assignment was disappear even I had chosen my seat next to my husband at making reservation. And also the touch panel on my screen was broken so I could have limited entertainment during the long flight.
One hour delay. No Wi-Fi. Old aircraft. Nasty food
Check in process is a joke. When are they going to join the rest of the world and let you check in on your phone.
Overall, good flight and quiet cabin! Took the red eye home from Honolulu to LAX!
Worst flight I’ve ever had babies everywhere on laps over 2 years old
VERY short notice (<24 hours) flight delay by 6 hours. Had to reschedule and pay more to book with another airlines.
