I asked for a car that didn’t smell of smoke and was given one with extra air freshener but a smoky odor that emerged after I had been driving for about an hour. More importantly, the driver’s side windshield wiper broke off during a heavy rainstorm, and I could have had a serious accident. Between these problems and an issue with the previous car I rented from Hertz, I have yet to be given a penny of a refund because I made the mistake of prepaying. I will certainly not ever use Hertz again!Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff was polite and return was quick.Cons:
Very inefficient pick up that took an hour. I specifically requested a small vehicle which they didn’t have so got a regular sedan. During the hour that I waited, the car was sitting right there. Employees had not cleaned it and only right before I took possession were they in there disinfecting it. The car was dirty, smelled like weed. There were personal items belonging to someone in the trunk and a used mask under the driver’s seat. It looked like someone’s personal vehicle that had been rented out to me. All other cars in the facility looked good from afar - they were SUVs that had been washed and cleaned and had no damage. The car given to me had not been washed or cleaned, and had preexisting damage.7.6 Good
