Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it

Worst ever. No assistance and communication from Emirates crew. No visibility of when the flight is flying. Couldn’t understand if we can go to lounge to take rest. Emirates system at a certain point said flight is not operating and suggested to take the next flight and in few minutes it suddenly opened the gate for boarding. unsupportive and rude crew. Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed by 5 hours so need the compensation for that.

They had superb boarding (started an hour before flight time). Timely pushback from them gate and an early arrival. Flight and service was very comfortable. I wanted to move my flight to an earlier one, only thing was there was no one at emirates in Heathrow to help. Had to call the call the center and pay to change. There were ample seats on the flight though

The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

Boarding was delayed but the information about delays was not provided

My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Process for on line checking needs a lot of improvement. Very frustrating.

My flight had two legs. When checking in at the first leg the agent offering for a deal to upgrade the leg to first class for $199. He then claimed I would be able to upgrade the second leg once I got to the next airport. I declined and when I inquired about upgrading at the second airport, the cost was $1,300. I also had an issue at the airport lounge. I am allowed one guest in the lounge. My friend came in the lounge for less than 5 minutes and left when she couldn’t get a sleeping suite. I wanted to bring in another friend. The airport staff first started acting as though they didn’t understand English and then became upset when I asked for their names so I could file a complaint. As an elite member I knew they could do more but were not. One of the agents started over talking me and walked away mid conversation dismissing my request for assistance. A man claiming to be the manager said you were asking for her name. He also never tried to assist me or see what was going on. He claimed the interactions were recorded and management would see everything. I’m not sure how that would assist me days later. I am sure it didn’t help that I was a black American woman.

There was a screaming child just behind our seats. This prevented us from getting any sleep during the night!!

Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

I always try to book flights that don’t charge for baggage. Yet I was charged $75 for this flight.

Flight delay wasn’t managed well. I was booked for the next flight for 2 days later!

They call it a “Dreamliner” but in reality it’s a bit of a nightmare. In short: seating is waaay too cramped in all aspects, food was terrible with bread and butter being the only saving grace, complimentary drinks are too small, and lavatories are too small and absolutely disgusting! Forcing people who travel “economy class” to endure such conditions should be considered criminal! And, I know this is not uniquely a Lufthansa issue; it’s an industry issue and it should be addressed in the interest of humanity.

Online checking, bag drop, ground crew and flight crew excellent. Seats better and more comfortable that many others in Economy, still narrow for 9 plus hour flights, but you manage. Drink and meal service a bit sparse but adequate, return flight was a bit less attended. All in all, a good experience. Lufthansa never disappoints.

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

The first flight from Denver was okay in terms of food and service of the crew. However, in the second flight they did not have the food I had requested prior to boarding and service was also poor. Never booking a flight with Lufthansa again.

Poor technical details on this plane. 1) There was no WiFi on an 8 hour long-haul flight. So no work could be done. That's below the standard expected for airlines these days. 2) The power outlet at my seat was busted and not working. 3) The headphone jack was loose and I had to keep adjusting my headphones to get good reception, or when it slipped out. - The flight was delayed to due mechanics. Sometimes this can't be avoided, I understand, and it's a big inconvenience to arrive that much later when traveling across time zones (then arriving at 4am from the prior time zone). - Also unique to this flight, the northern lights were visible on the right side of the aircraft, but I only found out after we landed (b/c again no wifi). I understand there are considerations about people being out of their seats to look, but I feel extremely disappointed and resentful that I wasn't told so that I could have a chance to look at this probably once-in-a-lifetime cosmic event from a view in the sky. - Flight crew was otherwise friendly and helpful.

This flight was cancelled at the last minute. We were rebooked on another flight but a day later. We lost a day of our vacation and paid for a night in a hotel we couldn’t use. The flights we were rebooked on (both American) messed up our seating on both flights-we didn’t get the seats we had paid for. All in all, a terrible experience.

Food not so good. Need more veggies and whole grain especially the late food. Couldn’t figure out how to use the entertainment system.

Full flight. Seat 8 F. I don't usually have the business class seat at the last row. Feel awkward for the stewardess crossing over the person sitting on aisle. Nothing to complain, especially, the airline stewardess really tried to accommodate such situation. It is just an awkward seat.

Spending 10 hours on a flight with no video or wifi access due to issues per stewardess was not enjoyable nor acceptable. Will follow up directly with the airline as well

Excellent! Great flight attendants, good food (in business class, at least), very comfortable. Touchscreen and remote wasn’t great.

This was an American Airlines flight. The crew were very unhappy and quite grumpy. Abrupt to the point of being rude. The food was dreadful. Indeed the breakfast was in edible. I will avoid AA at all costs in the future.

Annoying customer pushing my seat did not make this pleasant.

Despite many attempts to work out a change, neither British Airways nor Kayak nor Chatdeal would allow us to cancel or change this flight so we lost all of the payments when we were not able to fly. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will never use either of the services again.
