Pros:I was surprised to board an A380 to fly from KUL to BKK
Cons:In Bangkok we had to get off on the field to board a bus
Pros:Comfortable seats
Pros:Crew were good. Good food.
Cons:For some reason, the seat was very uncomfortable. Rather hard with little cushion.

Cons:Terrible cabin cleaness and rude crew members. Nothing matches the Malaysian hospitality promoted.
Pros:The crew was very pleasant and professional. . The food bland but warm. But the seats were microscopic
Cons:Seats were tiny. My knees pressed to seat in front of me. I’m 73 inches tall
Pros:Great food, lots of space, awesome attendants
Cons:They lost our luggage but got it to us on a few hours
Pros:Acceptable in general. Food (ran out of option, only fish curry left in row 20's), enterteinment, comfort (empty seats).
Cons:Attitude by attendants can be improved.
Cons:Food is always the same - soggy noodles and chicken or bland spaghetti and wilted veg with soggy fish. Seats cramped. Wasn't informed of gate change until 30 minutes later. Crew efficient but a little lacking in hospitality department.
Pros:Easy to get my boarding pass at the Changi airport. Seating was nice. Not many passengers in this flight.
Cons:The magazine in my seat pocket was dirty.
