Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

These were tickets purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Boarding good. Seats uncomfortable when lie flat. Food was awful. Tasted stale and chicken was dry. No live tv or flight map. Had to pay for internet.

Poor technical details on this plane. 1) There was no WiFi on an 8 hour long-haul flight. So no work could be done. That's below the standard expected for airlines these days. 2) The power outlet at my seat was busted and not working. 3) The headphone jack was loose and I had to keep adjusting my headphones to get good reception, or when it slipped out. - The flight was delayed to due mechanics. Sometimes this can't be avoided, I understand, and it's a big inconvenience to arrive that much later when traveling across time zones (then arriving at 4am from the prior time zone). - Also unique to this flight, the northern lights were visible on the right side of the aircraft, but I only found out after we landed (b/c again no wifi). I understand there are considerations about people being out of their seats to look, but I feel extremely disappointed and resentful that I wasn't told so that I could have a chance to look at this probably once-in-a-lifetime cosmic event from a view in the sky. - Flight crew was otherwise friendly and helpful.

Our flight was delayed by over 6 hours. We then had to deplane, stay overnight in a hotel then fly out the next day, 23 hours late.

I would have preferred something lighter for the second meal. Maybe a small sandwich .

They cancelled our flight the morning of departure at 4:30am.

We were told to check our bags at the last minute, and the communication was poor.

Lost our luggage in Heathrow. Showed up 3 days into a 7 day vacation. Very inconvenient and disappointing!!

My luggage never arrived to Zurich. They can't confirm when it will arrive

Late again. 3 out of 4 late. One cancelled flight and one lost bag.

Charged an extra 65 pounds for overweight suitcase, Not told how much overweight but had no choice but to pay the price. Compare to Delta Airlines where I flew internationally a few days before with this suitcase and no extra charge by Delta. Comfort was horrible. I am just under 6 feet tall, and good that the flight was only 1 1/2 hours, because my knees were in the seat back in front of me the whole flight. I felt that my knees were part way up to my chest. No reason to have the seats that close. I will say to the positive was the flight crew, very friendly and efficient.
