Efficient and friendly staff were great. Car was perfect. Drop off out of hours wasn't ideal as car park was full and the instructions weren't clear but it was resolved in one phone call

I was very impressed at the service I received from the receptionist at Heathrow T5. I had made a wrong reservation and had little time to get another car at Heathrow. I went there in a hurry not realising that I needed other documents apart from my driving license and credit cards. I was initially upset but she calmly explained things and helped me retrieve all the documents I needed. As the trip was to attend my daughter's graduation next morning 100 miles away it would have been a disaster for the family without her help. She's a credit to the company.
