Only one elevator worked the entire time we stayed there out of 4 elevators, took about 20 mins or more each time we wanted to go in and out. Run down and out of date room / decor and furniture. It felt like a hourly motel off highway.

Pros:I usually don’t do reviews but this one was super necessary. The hotel has a great location and the facilities are nice. However the service was awful. Really bad. We got there at 10pm on a Thursday and there was not anything to eat. Although the restaurants hours where until 11pm. we had to call the manager and after arguing with us they started to bring us food. The breakfast place and the restaurant inside the hotel called risotto is the worst experience ever. Imagine that in an empty restaurant, with lots of empty tables we habe to sign in a waiting list and get a number. Although we were informed that no previous reservation was needed. It was really impresive the bad service and lack of interest and understanding by the hosts. How come i have to be in a waiting list of an empty restaurant for about 1 hr. In order sit The hotel is nice but the service is horrible. The only place where the service was great was at the beach bar. They where really nice with us. Specially mr.Angel he was outstanding. The rest of the service really but really bad.

Pros:To begin with the staff was amazing! Always willing to help no matter what. We never had problems with anything in the room and if we needed something it was done promptly. The beach view was to die for! The hotel was always clean and food was always good which is a plus! I highly recommend staying here! Will definitely book here again when the time comes!
Cons:The hotel is general was not fresh. As soon as you walked it you could feel the humidity but the rooms were really cool and fresh so it worked out!(:

Pros:The place was amazing. Everyone was there to help you and please you. We had troubles with rooming situation and Irvin helped us out so much. He was able to fix our situation and be super friendly about it the whole time. We went over spring break weekend, but the hotel was pretty good about quieting people down during the night so we got a great nights sleep each night! The hotel itself is amazing. It has a great beach, staff, pool, super clean, food, and drinks. I was there for six days and had a blast the entire time!

Pros:The resort was very average. The location was amazing. It is on a clean part of the beach. They provide cabanas on the beach. And when you leave the resort you are a very quick walk to all the bars and restaurants.
Cons:We traveled with a wedding party and were able to see the resort where our friends stayed. Although this resort was average in appearance, it was WAY over priced (compared to where our friends stayed and what they paid). The all inclusive is NOT included if you book through a third party (kayak, orbitz, expedia). When we got to the hotel is was $240 additional per person even though the hotel is advertised as an all inclusive on Kayak. Our view was of the loud banging construction that woke us up at 5am each day. When I called to see if we could move rooms, I was told we could get some ear plugs. The construction was loud and early! There is no hot tub at all. The resort is very small. Also, the house keeping staff skipped our room one day, on another day they charged us $100 for spilling a cocktail on the comforter.
