Our flight was delayed coming into Durango, CO late at night and I was worried Budget would close and we’d be left stranded without a rental on our wedding weekend! They could have actually had the car I rented. I had to cancel the rental upon arrival for pickup because they did not actually have the car I rented and agreed to pay for.2.0 Poor
