We got to our pick up location and they did not have any cars available as well as no timeline of when they would get cars. They were less than helpful and lead us to an 800 number that basically told us there was nothing he could do to help. After 2.5 hours of being passed around on the phone We ended up canceling completely and going through someone else. I will never do this again. Horrible experience8.0 Very Good

I did an online reservation for a car and then called ahead to confirm the pickup. When I arrived they said they had no vehicles. I wasted money and time on an Uber to go get a vehicle that they didn’t even have. The front desk staff said “I told them to stop accepting reservations, we ain’t got no cars”Thrifty
