Quick pprocessing/pick up; Even drop off at 11:30pm was easy and fast. Friendly and personal staff I originally booked on line and got a better rental fee, but walking into Enterprise shop and .after being processed I noticed I was charged a Higher rental fee. So I called Enterprise regarding this matter and they quickly and politely corrected it . Thank you!Cons:

Cons:
When I arrived, 10 minutes before my reservation time . They told me that they did not have any cars available, I was told that I would have to wait until a car was returned. Then when there was a car being returned they did not show any intention To try to get me to use that one, even though I mentioned I didn't mind the car not being vacuumed since I needed to car already , reason why I reserved for 8am. What is the point of making a reservation for a specific time if when you arrive the car is not going to be available. worst customer service I have ever received6.0 Okay
