No REFUND!!! My flight was delayed by 5 hours then 6 more hours making it unusable. No refunds!!!! They called it a minor delay. Because my connecting flight wasn't with kayak, no refund.

The aircraft were very clean and well-maintained. The crew was very professional, and I would not hesitate to fly with this airline again. In fact, it will probably be my go to airline for flying in Southeast Asia.
