Pros:
When I arrived to pickup my rental, the car had been given away to somebody else and they had no vehicles left for me. I had booked a week in advance specifically because it was a holiday weekend so there is no excuse for this. I missed a family gathering because of this problem.Cons:
They could have kept a car available for me as per my rental agreement.10.0 Wonderful
