My oroginal flight was delayed several times. Finally the flight was cancelled. I had to spend additional money and book another flight with Porter at another airport Fort Lauderdale International Airport or I would miss the event I had in Toronto. I did not board the rescheduled flight which was after my event.

There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere

The seats can always be bigger and have more leg room.

Earphones provided or sound quality of entertainment isn’t great. Next time I would bring my own.

Missed flight to Kamloops with Air Canada. They did not hold the plane when I was delayed in security. Could not provide another flight for THREE DAYS. Provided hotel, however I had my husband come to get me. This needs to be compensated.

Terrible. They boarded us and then we sat at the gate for 2.5 hours. Our flight overall was delayed 6 hours.

The staff could have been friendlier. And Having the flight on time would have been much more convenient.

Lack of crew staffs to handle emergency medical situations that ending no meal served and only hot water and bag of pretzels served for business class!

Excellent We were very empress with this Airline as once our flight was canceled, they immediately rebooked our flight and provided accommodations for hotels….Thank you!
