The flight was okay, but legroom was tight for me and I’m only average height, although at 30” legroom is comparable with most other airlines. Not much room in the aisle either making the trek to and from the toilet difficult with passengers standing in the aisle. On the whole, it’s probably on a par with budget airlines and the ticket process extremely competitive.

One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.

Reasonably comfortable. Plenty of room. Crew were attentive and continually informing passengers of position. Although stuck in runway for 1 hour, weather issues, it felt like we were the crews first priority

It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁

Lost our luggage going to Spain. Missed our connecting flight returning to home

It would be great to have at least two choices for a food, instead of just plain pasta 😏

Cabin crew were not nice. The plane was an hour late arriving.

Flight was on time. Boarding process was tedious. Not much overhead cabin space. Seats very close (front to back). Uneventful trip just the same.

Great staff, very personable, attentive. We had a spare seat next to us so that helped

The flight from Porto was delayed by 3 hours. Arrived in the US late at night. Exhausted from all the waiting. And staff did not communicate well with customers.
