Flight attendants were great. Comfort of seat and lie down bed pretty good. Food was very mediocre. Wine was good (red French wine) although I should have taken advantage of having more! :-) it was too late on the flight From znz—I was tired…then too early from Dubai. Woman sitting behind me dropped a full bag of garbage on my head while I was sleeping…orange peels, wet partially eaten food and very smelly food garbage which I literally had to pick out of my hair, off my face and away from my pillow. Not the airlines fault but still a very unpleasant experience.

Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!

The food was amazing on our flight. So many options for movies and shows to stay entertained for 12 hours.

Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.

Priority boarding for Silver and Premium Economy was very disorganised, in fact, non-existent.

Nothing, all that I know is that I will never travel with Emirates again Qatar is were I belong. You guys should send someone over to experience what true acomadation is, Emirates has the worst food that I ever eat on any airline ,even jetblue has better food and snacks that curry Indian garbage you guys serve just make people sick.

The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class

The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep

I wish Emirates had lights to Philadelphia (PHL) in USA.

The seats were more narrow than at other lines. Food was mediocre (economy class)

Food option Hindu veg to Hindu non veg request was unheard

This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.

They made 22 hours aboard aircraft very enjoyable. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of service. Singapore airline will be my preferred choice going forward.

Service excellent would chose Singapore airlines as my first choice

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Could not really fault anything. We had a really short time between flights (about 45 mins), and had to get across the other side of the terminal. But we made it and crew were helpful. Food was good and service for the kids was great.

On time, friendly staff and decent food. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter and I had a pleasant trip to Singapore. Reliable and on time.

Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline

Good food. Excellent crew service. Clean aircraft. Narrow seats and isle.

There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.

I tried to upgrade to premium economy anis seat online during the checkin process. The payment didn’t work due to a technical glitch on KLM’s website. I wasn’t able to change my seat unless I called Amsterdam. Since I was in Canada and there’s a time difference this wasn’t practical. So when I arrived early to Ottawa airport my seat wasn’t available and I could only get a middle seat in premium economy which isn’t great. These middle seats are priced at the same rate as an aisle seat which makes no sense.

The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.

Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.

Transavia flight, was booked as KLM but i couldnt select seat or access boarding pass with KLM at all. Crammed seating and very no frills experience all around. First and last time.

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.

Food was very ordinary for premium economy, very small portions.

i dont know WHY they call it business class. the seats are NOT significantly wider than economy seats, they just do not let the middle seats be beepked to give the illusion of more space between passengers. the seats do NOT recline any more than economy seats either. the only real difference is the full meal served to business (vs none for economy). I would rather have a wider, lie flat ACTUAL business class seat with no food for a 3 hr flight. this was pretty disappointing to say the least.

There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.

Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.

Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.

My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know

The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.

This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!

Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad

Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.

Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.

I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.

The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.

Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.
