These issues include: Bad Conditions of Washroom: The state of the washrooms on the flight was far from satisfactory. They were inadequately maintained and lacked the level of cleanliness one would expect during a long-haul journey. Seating Space and Comfort: The seating arrangement left much to be desired. The seats were cramped, uncomfortable, and the legroom was insufficient for such a long flight. The seats did not recline as expected, making the journey quite uncomfortable. Pros:Very unprofessional crew, particularly Katarina who had quite an attitude and twice left out the last four rows for drinks and coffee. Simply out of laziness.
Cons:Online check-in had website issues and did not allow seat selection. Web check-in and on board service need significant improvements. Would not fly Etihad again; much higher standards and better service with Emirates or Qatar Air.

Pros:The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.
Cons:Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)
