Pros:Crew was great - boarding was efficient and on time
Cons:Seats are not comfortable/ergonomic, all movies, tv, games and everything is for purchase - it would be nice to have some free options. Also - no complimentary beverage/snack service.

Pros:Good crew, very friendly. Went above and beyond to find a passenger at baggage claim who left something on board.
Cons:Boarding was very delayed.

Worst airline ever. No need to go into detail as everything is terrible. Do not do it - whatever the price.

The flight was cancelled 7 hours before it was due to fly and Jetstar said they couldn't get us on any other flight that day. We took a refund and easily booked a Virgin flight close to the time of the canvelled Jetstar flight.
