Ordered Vegan meal - it was ok, but not exceptional. Seat ok row 39 middle section aisle. Nearly full flight - crew was busy but they did the best they could. There was a USB A port at the seat. I listened to my own music and only looked at flight information. One nice thing was the connection information was made available in the screen.

Turkish Airlines overbooked the flight and they did not allow me to board the flight even though I had the proper boarding pass and was at the gate on time. Simply unacceptable.

In sharp contrast to the modern glitzy airport, boarding facilities were primitive. Passengers had to board buses and walk up steep stairs in bitter cold with carry-on baggages. I found no reason why aerobridge was not provided.

Boarding was chaotic. Cabin noisy. Temperature a bit cool. Bathrooms not cleaned enough.

Boarding process is one of the worst i have ever seen. Poor planning and lack of experienced staff is vert apparent. Seat changes till the last minute was an added stress to the process.

Bad service and food was not good. Give very less food.

Flight was delayed then we had to redirect for medical emergency during which time we had no information on what is the plan. The connecting flight was also delayed.

Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

Terrible boarding experience, with an incomprehensible assignment of priorities. “Fast track” was the slowest. Poor system planning.
