Very comfortable aircraft -8320-200 airbus-even thru turbulence . Crew were not attentive. One drink and stale pretzels. Crew were not interacting or smiling with passengers.
The boarding was very slow, worse at arriving. The rest was okay
On this flight, we didn't even get water offered, nor any other beverage. Therefore we got a snack of pretzels. Flight was good and Air Canada a good airline
We were able to change seats because of the wonderful Jacqueline in customer Service . My seat allowed me a bit more should we room but the seat was pretty narrow and I’m not a big guy. But I was completely impressed with the speed of the board I g process and the quality of the crew!!
I would realllllly like to have been in a seat closer than row FORTY. Needing assistance - longgg way to walk down and back; then they put me in the middle seat-needing to get up for the window seat passenger to go to the washroom etc.
Everything was seamless. I would have appreciated knowing there would not be any real food available for purchase in advance. Otherwise a great experience. Thank you!
No entertainment. Luckily I was the only person in that row. Small seating
The flight was delayed but at least they let us know early about it (the night before)! Everything after that was smooth!
