Nothing, all that I know is that I will never travel with Emirates again Qatar is were I belong. You guys should send someone over to experience what true acomadation is, Emirates has the worst food that I ever eat on any airline ,even jetblue has better food and snacks that curry Indian garbage you guys serve just make people sick.

We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane

Not too happy with ground staff at Dubai airport. We had asked for wheel chair, and we were told to walk a long distance, poorly organised. And then at boarding to Mumbai flight wecwere treated rudely by the local Emirates staff forced to check in our cabin bags, we told them we were transiting.

Seats are not as easy to move as you would hope in premium econo Y

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!

The boarding experience was worst ever. Single aerobridge used for boarding and deboarding which led to lot of chaos. Food options were not great. First flight delayed by more than 3 hours which led to missing of the next flight we were stuck at Dubai airport by more than 6 hours

Food service must be faster and make vegetarian food in good quality

Food was good, great communication by Pilot and Co Pilot, Crew very friendly. Slow beginning drink and meal service - over 2hrs into flight which disrupted overnight flight sleep. Entertainment systems was 3 Stars, my wife's was nonfunctional and had to call attendant 3 times to get it reset, mine the headphones and jack we're twitchy and keep going to muted volume.

The plane was very old and uncomfortable. Service was very slow!

The first class experience was great but Frankfurt airport is very confusing. Badly signed all round. Boarding was not pleasant and check in staff was arrogant.

riding in first class, you don't expect every time you order your dinner or breakfast that the first thing the stewardess says is Let me see if we have any left. Also, the food selection was not great: 3 of 4 entrees had mushrooms and I dont eat mushrooms, the 4th item was 'let me see if we have any left' and this was within 30 mins of entering the flight! Same experience level, it didn't feel first class this round.

The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The lounge offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, with adequate amenities and attentive staff. Overall, both the flight and the lounge experience in Doha met expectations, making for a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.

Check in desk people constrained by fear. Obvious typo on Uganda visa, even though approved, caused loss of flight. Something is definitely wrong with this system.

As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive

Flight was fine overall. What you would expect from economy seats. I did appreciate the amenities (eyemask, earplugs, small toothbrush and toothpaste, thin socks).

More facilities to transport to the gates......felt too much walking distance

Qatar airways from Doha to guangzhau was excellent big bird Boeing 777 more room and smoothly flight, I Love it

I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.

Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

They have misplaced my one checked bag which I have not received in Philadelphia and have lodged complaint with American Airlines, the staff of Indigo was rude with us, at the checking counter, I think she purposely withheld my one of the checked bag, because the American Airlines staff told me that bag was not received at Doha airport. Kindly help me with one of my checked bag to get it. My flight was from Mumbai to Doha and then Doha to Philadelphia.

The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)

Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport

The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.

It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips

No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)

The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines

Check-in was a total disaster, almos a full hour in the line

For bus boarding, group 1 should have been sent on a separate bus ahead of the general boarding. It would have been nice.
