Great. Food going from Australia to the US was better than other way around, but still needs improvement in terms of quality and quantity!!!
Very punctual. Comfortable plane and great entertainment options. The staff was very nice.

Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.

Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.

There was a long delay on tarmac. The pilot kept us informed. The flight stewards were not entertaining or comforting. During the flight we received minimal service. Several food choices for purchase were not available at our seating of row 52. Only twice were we offered water for hydration. A half hour before landing teh pilot acknowledged that some passengers with connecting flights should tell flight stewards and they would help.. We had a connecting flight thand at should have had a 2+ hour layover and now would be less than 1 hour from departure. The flight attendant told us not to worry.. plenty of time. We did not get off the plane until after 6 o'clock. We are seniors (ages 74 and 72 ) and had to walk the length of the terminal to go thru customs and the length of the next terminal to departure gate for 6:30 a boarding call. We ran and were breathing hard and reached the departure gate by 6:50. We rate the flight stewards negatively...the pilot did his best.
I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience
Was nice to have plug in and TV screen on seat back. Didn't have either on rouge flights. Staff was excellent.
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.
