Cons:More water, drinks. The food was absolutely horrible.
Cons:Passenger behind us allowed 2 children to misbehave for the entire flight. Parent rammed our seats many times. Upon leaving they physically assaulted my daughter.
Pros:Crew in flight was nice and professional Sit in 1st class was comfortable

Pros:Most things were fine, it left on time, seats were as expected etc.
Cons:I had to check my carry on because they ran out of room on the plane way too early- a lot of us had to check carry ons. Crew in second flight- one lady was rather miserable with her attitude in general. The rest of the crew was great.
Pros:The plane was very clean and staff was very friendly.
Cons:The United app did not update the boarding pass and the gate never appeared. Had to check the board at the airport. The flight was delayed. The entertainment in the flight was not up to par. There were hardly any new movies to watch and the software is old so the app kept on freezing when watching the movie.
I’ve had a couple flights this week on United that were delayed by an hour or more
Really old planes
Was my best trip. Everything was on time and it all went so smoothly..
Loading was quick and efficient. The bate and switch with discount tickets were you are forced to pay for bag.
