TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

As usual, LATAM tried to rip me off as a Gringo. They ignored the fact that having paid for my assigned seats, I was entitled to one free luggage per person, up to 10kg, and tried to charge me USD40 per item. While they ripped me off by $160 on my outbound flight (4 luggage pieces, which should have been free), I vehemently protested this time around. Note that they only request this from gringos, not from Spanish speakers. LATAM behaves like a racist extortion organization.

Very courteous crew, the food was good and the flight was on time.

I like the non stop flight to Lagos. The cabin crew were great, the food was alright and the ride was smooth. The downside is there wasn’t wifi connection from Lagos to Washington as stated. The 11hrs flight, became boring at times because of no wifi.

Terrible. 2 hour delay. Sat on the tarmac. Missed my connecting flight. Had to ARGUE with Customer service to get a hotel and food. Terrible experience with my loyal carrier

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

The only thing concerning was the delay. Otherwise, it was ok.

My luggage didn't make my transfer in Newark. It took 4 days to receive it even though I tried to pick it up at the airpory

Wifi did not work. Cut off on and off every 10 min

Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.

Would be nice if you didn’t charge so much for seats, the only reasonable price were middle seats. Also makes it hard to sit with your partner. The movie selection and sound is very poor.

Just get Economy Plus for international flights, so worth it the extra room, bigger seats…

The flight was great until towards the end when the flight attendant read an excessively long commercial for purchasing an american airlines credit card. The worst part is that we are doing a lot of traveling this year so i was actually interested in getting the credit card, but I was so annoyed with the long commercial that I completely dismissed the flight attendant bringing around the information. Next time, keep the sales pitch to 10 seconds and then pass around the brochures!!

delayed delayed delayed. was supposed to have a 2 hour layover and very nearly missed my connection.

American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.

Awful! The flight was delayed and we sat on the plane in DCA for an hour because fuel was out in the wrong part of the plane and would not be accessible during flight. So the plane had to be refueled in correct tank. They also allowed someone to get off of the plane. This delayed my six hour flight by an hour and made me miss my connecting flight. I ran to new gate and American Airlines agents new about the delay and even knew that I was trying to make the connection. They knew thru communication with my friend while in flight that I was in the airport and running to the new gate and they still closed the gate and refused to let me on the new flight despite plane still being at the gate. It was horrible and I had to be rebooked on a flight for 24 hours later. This has been a nightmare and if American Airlines can cause customers to be delayed and then have zero empathy as having an on time flight was more important to them than helping a customer who was delayed by no fault of her own, then it's seems that it's not a company that I want to continue to give my loyalty to. I'm so disgusted.

It was a disaster, delayed and my gate changed like 6 times and I was walking a like crazy to every gate they updated.

Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.

Flight was delayed. Paid $250 per person to upgrade to first class. Seats didn’t even come with a screen for entertainment, didn’t get a blanket or pillow or anything, the poor hostesses looked like they were scrambling the entire time because there wasn’t enough of them. My premium economy seat on my previous flight was a better deal. Once at the airport (landed at midnight after 26 hours of travel) our bags didn’t arrive until after 2 AM. We kept asking the AA crew where our bags were and they told us for two hours “they should be coming out now” and offered little to no help in terms of what we could do to get our bags or where our bags were. They even disappeared into a back room for a solid 15-20 minutes when they got tired of not helping the dozen or so passengers waiting for two hours for their bags.

Flight was a delayed a few minutes but nothing crazy, everything went extremely well
