Great. Food going from Australia to the US was better than other way around, but still needs improvement in terms of quality and quantity!!!

Attendants zipped through cabin so fast hardly anyone got the water they told us we could have in the short flight. Nothing else was offered.
Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.
The first flight was an hour and a half late leaving, thus missing my connection. The second flight Departure was two hours late Leaving.
The care and attention for my flight was great. The seats were not as comfortable.
Late out of the gate, late to takeoff. No screens on plane. Uncomfortable window seat.
Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.
They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.
Rushed, the boarding was a great deal like a Chinese fire drill.
Previous flight from Melbourne to Brisbane was late. I had 1 hr 40 min to get to the connecting flight. That was not enough time as I had to take a shuttle bus to change terminal. Then needed to get through security and customs. The airline was announcing my name to board at 9:10. The take off time was scheduled for 9:40 but I was again one of the last to board at about 9:20. Kayak needs to allow more time for these connections
Almost missed boarding, mass line up made me be the last person. Wish the announcement was more loud, didn’t hear what seats or zones were ready. Being last also made finding space for my roller bag. Fortunately the flight attendants made it work!
Air Canada first class was a very good experience, it was my first time flying first class . A friend of mine that was with me in the flight paid for my tickets otherwise I would not , if I could afford I would fly first class ! 💪💪💪 I flew many times in air Canada economy class and is also good , I travel to Argentina couple of times a year . Thank you !
Good service was quite limited but that is due to short flight.
Everything related to this flight except the flight time could have been better. This is not the first though that Rouge has disappointed with poor show! Bad crew adds to the agony! Cant help it because of lack of options from YXE!
Full compliments to Captain for all four landing. Crew could be more polite and nice.

On this flight, we didn't even get water offered, nor any other beverage. Therefore we got a snack of pretzels. Flight was good and Air Canada a good airline
