Pros:
It was a terrible bad, they have no cars available. They told me I had to wait until there is some returning. And they could not give me any precise time. While I did program the pickup fir 9 am.Cons:

I made a reservation only to find out that that does not matter. When I arrived, I was informed that they did not have any cars available and I was 8th in line to receive one. I asked why I was not contacted ahead of time. The manager was clueless and just shrugged. I waited for several hours and wasted money on ubers getting there and back. Pros:
The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the manager. I asked for a discount because of the tardiness of when my car was available, and he gave it to me without any issue. I had no issue with the local staff and service. It was the company's service that was poor.Cons:
My car was delivered to me 1.5 hours after my confirmed pick up time because, per the staff, the company had overbooked the location. Very poor and unacceptable planning. I waited outside in standing in the sun for 1.5 hours.5.6 Fair

Pros:
The car worked.Cons:
They switched the location on me 2 days before the rental to a very inconvenient location. Once I arrived to pick up a small suv they did not have one. They "upgraded" me to a sedan which i did not prefer. From there they tried to get me to sign paperwork for an incorrect amount. I had to catch it and correct them and then they said they were trying to charge me because they upgraded me. The gas tank was not filled as they promised.Sixt

Pros:
Staff was friendly but did not help me when I called in about the car being dirty on the inside.Cons:
The car was in disgusting condition and clearly had not been cleaned or sanitized at all. Was not helped when I called into the store to report this. Also, the iPass did not work in the tolls. It was truly an awful experience and I would never recommend this service to someone.2.0 Poor

Staff at pickup were friendly, and the person at their 24/7 help line was empathetic when we had a problemCons:
Extra fees & car model restrictions for younger drivers not clear online. No way to see how much insurance would cost before you book. When our car's tire was damaged, we had to stand on the side of the highway for 30 min on hold for roadside assistance, only for them to tell us the best they could do was send a local shop (60 minutes away!) to put on the spare. So the roadside assistance isn't really any help. Because they have so few locations, if you have any car issue outside of Chicago/Indianapolis, you're stuck with taking the time to repair the car, paying for repairs upfront and being charged for any extra time you have to rent the car in order to get those repairs. That when we picked up the car, the inside had a terrible odor, even in the trunk! We bought three vent air fresheners and placed one in the trunk and two inside the car, which helped. Other than that the car was awesome!Avis

pretty much disappointed all the way around.Cons:
The car REEKED of marijuana, but we could not exchange it because it was the only one with a toll pass, which did NOT WORK, by the way. Wound up costing me for the pass, plus paying for the tolls. Prepaid the gas, only to find the tank on almost empty, in downtown Chicago. I still have not received confirmation that it was returned after dropping the key in Kalamazoo (although the counter was supposed to have been open that day). Unusually disappointed in Budget. Still trying to figure out who cares enough to complain to...10.0 Wonderful
